That being said, it did seem as if some of these machines were prone to breaking down way earlier than they should have after only minimal usage. Furthermore, Husqvarna’s warranty policy is surprisingly thin, and several people were profoundly unhappy with how they were treated by the company’s customer service department, which we think is very important to make note of here, as it happened more than once.

The people who have purchased this product have seemingly loved everything about it, even right down to the delivery crate which the mower arrived in. Though you do have the option of having the lawn tractor professionally assembled by an expert, it seems that this one only has very mild assembly involved, and that you do not have to be overly mechanically inclined to assemble the mower together yourself. The engine is more than powerful enough to mow residential lawns, and the steel forged crankshaft means that this mower is solidly constructed in terms of its individual parts. Unfortunately, this seems to be another situation where customer support was lacking, as several people reported having very negative responses with the Troy-Bilt customer service staff. It should also be noted that this lawn tractor is not compatible with ethanol and only runs on traditional oil.
